As promised earlier in the year, here is an update on the wildflower area we seeded behind Guy-Raymond’s factory. It’s looking very colourful indeed and we are very happy to report that the flowers have been attracting many bees, butterflies and other pollinating insects.

This map shows the B-Lines that have been created through our countryside and towns, as you can see they are creating a network of wildflower-rich habitat stepping stones linking existing wildlife areas together to benefit our pollinators.

We are very pleased that our wildflower area is doing so well and that we can help fill the map with wildflower-rich areas.  By working together with others we hope to support Buglife with their aim of creating and restoring at least 150,000 hectares of flower-rich habitat across the UK.
