The GRX brake pedal design not only looks elegant, but also makes your products easier to use

The GRX38 castor is the most recent addition to our GRX family of matching designer castors.

With a wheel diameter of 38mm and a low build height, this castor saves on space while carrying a load of up to 60kg per castor.

The GRX38 is suitable for many soft furniture, office furniture and medical applications including recliners, bedside lockers, desk pedestals and other mobile storage units.

Freewheeling and wheel brake (footbrake) models are available, and the castors can be supplied with hard wheels for carpeted floors or with durable polyurethane soft tyres for hard floors.

The GRX brake pedal design not only looks elegant, but also makes your products easier to use as the foot brake can be released from above, which is far easier than having to lift it from underneath.

Various fixings are available and there is a choice of four standard colours.

The GRX38 was designed in house by our own Design, Research and Development team and all the injection moulded plastic parts and metal parts are made in Guy-Raymond’s factory, allowing us to control quality at all stages of production.  The castor is made of high quality nylon and polyurethane and has been tested in house to EN12528 (the European standard for furniture castors), so you know this is a product you can rely on.
