Export Customer Survey shows excellent results

Last month Guy-Raymond's export department conducted a customer satisfaction survey to ensure that customers' requirements are being met. The results were overwhelmingly positive, with one customer commenting "It is difficult to do better in terms of customer service" and another describing our service simply as "Perfect".
The survey also revealed that:
- All respondents were satisfied (52%) or very satisfied (48%) with the quality of our products
- 98% of respondents were satisfied (45%) or very satisfied (53%) with the design and appearance of products
- 90% of respondents said they were satisfied (38%) or very satisfied (52%) with the helpfulness of Guy-Raymond staff (the other 10% were neutral...perhaps we need to get to know them better!)
- 94% of respondents said they were likely (31%) or very likely (63%) to continue purchasing from us
The survey was sent to the 170 export customers who have ordered from us most recently, and we received a total of 73 responses.
